We have developed a Wi-Fi vibration sensor based on the needs of our on-site customers, who are in charge of factory maintenance and preservation. The sensor contributes to the equipment's preventive maintenance. It detects anomalies due to components wear or tear, etc., and notifies which and when components must be replaced before a machine breaks down.

conanair is a compact and low-cost Wi-Fi vibration sensor. It can be connected to tablets and smartphones via a web browser without dedicated software, making it easy for anyone to use. It can also be used as a simple bearing diagnose as it can detect bearing abnormalities and diagnose bearings.

In 2024, conanair (explosion-proof type) received the Excellence Award at the 36th Small to Medium Enterprises Excellent New Technology and New Product Awards. The prize was established in 1988 and is known as the largest in Japan and for selecting only new products and technologies through a rigorous screening process. The explosion-proof type conanair can be used in hazardous areas such as petrochemical plants, fuel-related areas, painting, and powder handling.
