NSXe was established in 1969. Its headquarters are in Suzuka City, Mie Prefecture. NSXe contributes to the maintenance and preservation of factory facilities through two business divisions: the Digital Twin Construction Division, which utilizes self-developed Wi-Fi vibration sensors, and the Piping and Mechanical Equipment Construction Division, which supports factory facilities.

By combining Brownreverse Inc.'s INTEGNANCE VR (which realizes DX and digitalization of maintenance work by representing a factory in a virtual space) and conanair, it converts all equipment, piping, etc., in a plant to 3D data. By integrating Wi-Fi vibration sensors, a staffing-saving system in maintenance management can be constructed using digital twins and generative AI.

We have developed a Wi-Fi vibration sensor based on the needs of our on-site customers, who are in charge of factory maintenance and preservation. The sensor contributes to the equipment's preventive maintenance. It detects anomalies due to components wear or tear, etc., and notifies which and when components must be replaced before a machine breaks down.

conanair (explosion-proof type) received the Excellence Award at the 36th Small to Medium Enterprises Excellent New Technology and New Product Awards. The prize was established in 1988 and is known as the largest in Japan and for selecting only new products and technologies through a rigorous screening process. The explosion-proof type conanair can be used in hazardous areas such as petrochemical plants, fuel-related areas, painting, and powder handling.
