conanair : A Wi-Fi Vibration Sensor

conanair is a battery-powered compact Wi-Fi vibration sensor. Vibration measurement is essential in preventive maintenance of equipment and devices, but it is usually labor-intensive and time-consuming. The vibration sensor solves this problem and is a step toward smart factories. Compared to conventional products, Conanair has a decisive advantage in terms of cost, and anyone can easily operate it on a tablet or smartphone using a browser. It is also capable of detecting bearing abnormalities and diagnosing bearings. Performance is on the same level as that of bearing checkers that apply high-frequency vibration sensors, and the 3D envelope FFT makes it an easy bearing diagnostic instrument regardless of the sensor mounting orientation.

conandesse: Visualization of machine abnormalities

Conandesse analyzes and diagnoses analog signals and pulse waveforms, such as vibration and current emitted by machines, to detect abnormalities in machines in advance and manage deterioration trends. It aligns and cuts out cycle waveforms, and density distribution is color-coded and displayed. It easily analyzes large amounts of data. Predictive signs can be detected before trouble occurs, so broken or chipped drills can be found in advance.It can be used up to the tool's limit of life. The cycle data logger with good/fail judgment function and analysis software are a set.
